This 2,800sf farm workers union hall is on track to be the first certified Passive House office building in the United States. In addition to a minimum 75% energy use reduction from a code building, this project will manage all of its water runoff on site with the use of vegetated swales and a living roof. There are also future plans for a solar array to bring the building to net zero.
