their first set of buildings. These have been seismically upgraded and reconfigured to accommodate new functions. The design for the two large-scale buildings relates to the fabric of the surrounding community. The project includes numerous ecological features including recycled building materials, cob construction, six bioswales, skylights and clerestories, and a permeable parking lot.
