This community beer hall in Beaverton has become quite popular. Though it was developed on a shoestring budget, its numerous beer varieties are enjoyed far and wide. The hall itself is only 1,800 square feet in size yet can accommodate more than 60 patrons at once. Communitecture’s work included an extensive program of tenant improvements featuring a new serving bar with shelving and cabinetry, large walk-in cooler, storage areas, plumbing and electrical upgrades, as well as new indoor and outdoor seating areas with viewing screens.
