Clackamas Family Tea Farm

The phased design image loop below depicts a masterplan for a very special 12-acre family farm in Clackamas County. This farm is many things at once. First, it's a place for 3 generations of a family to come back together to all live in one place. Second, as the family all shares a passion for growing Chinese Tea, this site has become a Chinese tea farm that generates livelihood for everyone in the family. The rest of the design program of the farm includes new housing, a community gathering building and outdoor area, agricultural buildings including new barns and a production/teaching kitchen, extensive spring-sourced and gravity-fed tea and food production fields, animal husbandry rotation fields and facilities, solar energy generation systems, perennial food forests, and vast pollinator support flower areas.
