This wonderful, visionary project just south of Olympia, Washington is a fusion of many streams of dreams and initiatives, and all flow together. It will be a lovely, humbley scaled composition that will balance community access with private space. The resident farmers have landed and are already seeding all of these ideas into being. The plan includes an expanded housing that will ride out high water, admin and workshop space, barns for all around use, animals, and compost operations. There will also be substantial annual and perennial gardens, food forests and orchards, U-Pick berry fields, mushroom farming, Roadside Farmstand, greenhouses, fire pit area, special retreat places made out of enhanced natural formations of trees and geography, stellar animal rotation systems, outdoor classroom campus for visiting kids, HipCamp area, and lovely fields of pollinator-supporting flowers
