This project is set on a spectacular site in White Salmon, Washington, overlooking the Columbia Gorge. The shared ownership site is located within a single family residential zone, yet the design successfully houses three families within what ends up being an suburban pueblo of shared living. Each unit features two bedrooms and open common space plans. The overall program of community spaces includes a common core of shared internal spaces, exterior decks including a magnificent roof gathering area, and a large community workshop / garage.
