Historic District Remodel This lovely home sits within a nearly intact historic area on the inner east side. The client has decided to add an ADU under the home, and so the slab beneath is being lowered while the foundation is being modified to accommodate the new living space. The existing porch and access stairs are being modified and updated while the ADU gets a new private courtyard.
