Semenza Victorian Addition

This project adds approximately 1,200 square feet to an existing Victorian house by placing two additional floors above the existing kitchen.  The form of the addition is new, adding complexity to the overall period house.  Design considerations are skillfully balanced to create something which is fresh and exciting while at the same time respectful of this historic house.
