Breitenbush Hot Springs Residential Village

These drawings represent design options that came out of a community design participation process at the famed hotsprings resort near Mt. Jefferson. The program for the design included a variety of common buildings that serve decision making and gathering, health needs, infrastructure and services, on-site agriculture, multi-family residential and guest quarters, as well as sacred and pleasure-oriented places. The designs show a range of options, from least dense configurations that use more land, to more clustered and dense ideas that result in more closely knit community, more energy and cost savings.
