Sisters of the Road

The Sisters of the Road Personalist Center is an expansion of the existing Sisters of the Road Cafe, where homeless people are able to come for food and community.  While the cafe is a place where they can trade work for food, homeless people are also able to become involved in the organization, learn life skills, and make connections with other people in a web of mutual support.  The Personalist Center expands upon this mission by providing a place for the homeless to receive mail, obtain hygiene products, use phones and computers, and change their own lives.  Communitecture’s services included promotional renderings and a remodel design that incorporates repurposed windows & materials; we are very proud to be a part of this project.
